This master‘s thesis deals with analysis of the current system of training employees in the company ELKO EP, s.r.o. On the basis of facts the thesis provides innovation of the current staff training. Innovated system of education should lead primarily to more effective education system, improvement in the monitoring of the output of the educational activities and above all the innovated system should save the company’s expenses. The process of education in ELKO EP is one of the benefits for employees and it also plays the role of promoter for the employee motivation in their knowledge development and expansion of valuable human capital.

Motivation Systems of Selected Company

This master's thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge about employees motivation and explains the basic terms connected with this issue. It describes the current trends of employees' requests in the field of motivation system and analyzes the current state of the selected company using a questionnaire survey. On the basis of the identified shortcomings changes are proposed in the incentive system, which should lead to better recruitment and retention of existing employees.

This bachelor thesis is written about human resources, defines specific areas of personnel management and HR activities. The first part is devoted to the theoretical background in human resources, to define more precisely personnel activities including sub – areas. The second part of the thesis analyses the current state of personnel management in the specific company. In the final part are defined specific recommendations for personnel management in the company. These recommendations are formulated in accordance with the company’s current situation.

The main goal of the final work are proposals in the field of human resources management in the company Víno Sýkora s.r.o. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the focus of the work was mainly on the analysis of jobs, motivation of employees and their further education. The selected relevant methods that were used for data collection were the analysis of internal documents and interviews with the company's employees. Among the key proposals that appear to be appropriate for improving the current situation, staff training and the creation of a new department have been developed.

This bachelor thesis deals with the approaches of Infinit Maximus in Brno to the issues of motivation, remuneration and personal development of employees. The first part of the thesis is a literature search that provides important in-sights on the topic to elaborate the results. The results part is focused on the research of the approaches applied by Infinit Maximus on the above issues, on the evaluation of the success of these approaches, on the determination of their strengths and weaknesses and on the subsequent completion of suggestions for improvement with economic evaluation.
